Deposit Policy
A $200 deposit is required to hold reservations. This
deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation. The balance will be due
30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation/Deposit Return Policy
100% return for a 60 day notice.
50% return for a 30 day notice.
Less than a 30 day notice, non-refundable if
house is not rented.
